Dieting

It's time for another blog by your favorite blog junkie, me :O).
I am going to discuss one of the most popular and infuriating subjects; dieting, we love it when it works, hate it when it doesn't. Hey, I got one for ya! Wanna get rich AND thin at the same time? Answer: live on cup of soup and ramen until you see your first ten thousand dollars! If you don't starve to death.....CONGRATULATIONS! You are now thin AND rich! But seriously below are some very common sense reasons as to why the fads don't work:

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK. You can't lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet people are getting fatter as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.You'll probably find it extremely hard to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program.
So there you have it! Now for the common sense part, education is the key to getting the weight off and keeping it off! So, in saying that I suggest you check this out for yourself here, this is very popular and will lighten you up NOT YOUR WALLET!

About me

I am often asked in Twitter what it is that I do, so since you can only put so many characters into the text box there I decided to write a blog about it.

It all started when I decided to get a second job; see, I'm a single mom,I live in a government housing project, I walk everywhere because I can't afford a car. I don't get any support from either one my sons fathers (another blog) anyway it's tough making ends meet as you can well imagine. So back to the story, I have one job already,I work in a convience store (2 minute walk from my house) and I got another job working for a thrift store this was a forty five minute walk from my house.I have been working at the convience store for roughly two years and I was going on the third month at the thrift store when it happened, my knees went on me.Off to the doctor I go, who then sends me to get x-rays and then the conclusion, I can't work the second job and I'm back to square one.
This was my wake up call, I desperately needed to do SOMETHING to try and make some extra money to pay my bills and hopefully send my oldest son to animation school.I have been in and out of internet marketing since 1999 and the one thing that always popped up was this Google cash system when it popped up this time I decided to check it out more throughly.I watched the promotional videos, read all about the program and thought "what the hell, I'll try it".So I went to my local check cashing place, got a pay as you go credit card, and loaded the necessary cost of the course onto it.When I read the course I was really impressed! All the material that is in this course is pretty much the same things that you learn in college! (Been there done that too!)
This course started a chain reaction for me, I got a website launched joined the suggested affiliate programs and yesterday I made my first sale! It's not a big one but at least it's something! So, in conclusion if you're new to internet marketing I would definately recommend the google cash system as far as I'm concerned it's the best money I ever spent , I use it for reference every day!
